- If you are unable to register online, please click Resident Membership Form (PDF) for a printable copy of the form. Print a copy of the registration form, sign the waiver, submit a check, and mail it to the membership director listed on the form.
- If you reside in El Dorado County, outside of El Dorado Hills, please click Non-Resident Membership Form (PDF) for a printable copy of the form. Print a copy of the registration form, sign the waiver, submit a check, and mail it to the membership director listed on the form.
